Full Case Order Picker - 2nd Shift

Elwood Staffing is hiring several Full Case Order Picker in Longview, TX! Monday-Thursday 6pm-4:30a $19.50/hr!

Full Case Order Picker - 2nd Shift Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $19.50 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift ( Monday through Thursday from 06:00pm to 04:30am )

• Pick full cases of merchandise according to store orders
• Use a voice-directed/headset picking system to locate and select products.
• Place selected cases onto pallets, carts, or other designated equipment
• Build stable and properly stacked pallets to prevent product damage
• Verify products and quantities to maintain order accuracy
• Meet established productivity and performance standards
• Safely operate pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment as trained

Full Case Order Picker - 2nd Shift Qualifications:

• Lift, carry, push, pull, and handle cases repeatedly throughout the shift
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to work at a fast and consistent pace for the entire shift
• Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, pulling, and lifting
• Previous warehouse, order picking, material handling, or distribution experience is preferred
• Experience using a pallet jack is a plus

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
