Patient Care Coordinator
Job Description- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
- Greet each patient with a warm, welcoming attitude, making them feel comfortable and valued.
- Take charge of insurance claims, verifications, and billing to ensure accuracy and transparency.
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Support the dental team with administrative tasks.
full-time $24 - $27 per hour

RequirementsOver two years of experience in dental billing and insurance verification.
PreferencesWell versed patient care coordinator needed. This person must possess excellent inter-personal and verbal skills, be able to convert cases and present treatment. Must be very familiar with dental insurance verification and nuances of dental insurance.
